Dopy VP

Firangs throng to Goa not for it's beauty (they are true nuisance!). Goa is famous for it's hippy (read dope) culture. Dope is easy to get and it' smell is everywhere. My theory goes, one smokes dope in the air so much that passively one gets doped. As proof to my theory, VP stands out in the picture as 'doped'. He had just flown from Bangalore and I took him straight to this restuarent. And there he is! Mere one hour into Goa and VP is already doped without even taking a drag!
