There they are! The magical couple, the makers of the world's best mutte dosa and sambar. Not just that! The bottom-of-the heart hospitality! Yes, language is a barrier, often in alien lands. But not for these two. Neha and me cannot speak tamil to save our lives. No problem! Nothing can defeat the human endeavor of sign langauage to get some simple facts across like "Dosa? One? Two? Mutte Dosa? Coffee/Tea? 5 minutes..". And then, beyond the words uttered, the body language, the welcome smile, the pleasure in serving makes the food thousand times tasty and ones hunger multiply manifold. All these, without the customary, and most often expected, tip. They, I would like to believe, were happy to feed us and we, on our part, got what all the five star restuarent in the world put togethar cannot give us.
